Terms and Conditions
Once your child is enrolled in a class term payments is required , this means if your child missed a class the payment is still due , failure to comply with this will mean your child will be removed from the academy.
We try to accommodate everyone so term payments or weekly payments are accepted.
In order to attend the classes, it is necessary to ensure timely payment. Failure to fulfill the payment obligation may result in the inability to participate in the classes.
Safety in class
If your child is collected from outside or makes their own way home please let us know if writing
Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform Ashleigh’s Dance Academy and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition.
All application forms must have any known medical conditions stated and any changes to such information must be notified to Ashleigh’s Dance Academy immediately in writing.
If you are unsure whether a Student should participate in any activity please consult the Student’s GP before enrolling the Student on an Activity.
Any medication left on the Academy premises must be clearly labelled and the Student should, unless Ashleigh’s Dance Academy has agreed in writing otherwise, be able to administer it themselves.
If a Student is unwell or has an accident requiring emergency treatment, the Parent will be contacted via the emergency contact details provided. This number must always be contactable whilst the Student is attending the class .
Parents are solely responsible for ensuring that the emergency contact details on Ashleigh’s Dance Academy records are up to date.
All online activities are recorded and held for a period of four weeks for safeguarding and quality review purposes.
